Very fast times on the girls side on a clear crisp --some might say cold-- day. I think I had picked most of the finalists with the notable exception of Bri Schwartz (11/Pitts) who was the revelation but perhaps shouldn't have been.
The times were all strong in the top half (six-18's) as there was only one who broke 18 min's last year.
I haven't got the splits yet but this seems to have gone the way I thought it would with the pack of Gess,Debalsi,Shehedah, and Barret ready to go hard from the gun. Clearly when Barrett is healthy she will make the move and won't back off. Shehadeh also show considerable improvement (about .40) since last Nov. at VCP.
Behind him are the #2-10 national qualifiers:Chris Alvarado, Alexander Ostberg, Liam Mullett, Josef Holt-Andrews, Daniel Curts, Scott Meehan, Tai Dinger, Louis Corgliano, Ross Wilson.
